A friend asked for recommendations on guides for the Port A area for trout/reds. I am familiar with the offshore outfitters but not bay guides. Any recommendations?

Capt Jack Culberson 361-813-4229 he is in Rockport, but fished the whole mid-coast area. Great guy to fish with.

I have had some experiences with P2. They are decent people, but I had an awful experience. They committed to a date, which I had booked very early in February and stood beside it, then sometime in late March/April, they told me they couldn't do it because of some tourney that had. Which is fine, but my refund deposit didn't come until like 3-4 weeks after the cancellation. They tried to set us up with another guide, but were unsuccessful. I will not be burned again, so P2 won't be my first choice.
