I have been planning on upgrading my old Garmin 160, 240 and gpsmap 276c with some newfangled technology. I was holding out for the Lowrance and installing a HDS 5 in the console and front but the multiple delays in the side imaging capability got to me. I really did want to do a side by side comparison but I want something this tournament season. I'm going with the Humminbird 798c SI in the console with the high accuracy gps module and later link a 788c in the bow. Maybe this will take my tournament game to the next level. grin

I figure I'll need side imaging to find the bottom if Texoma don't clear up for JCOutdoors on the 24th. 8ft high it looked totally different on the 10th.

SkeeterRonnie, your right the Packman fished picnic tables and BBQ in a flooded corp park. And if you look at the current lake levels of Beaver Lake 1127 and was 1129 last year when he won. Full pool level at Beaver is 1120. Wonder where ole Packman practiced this week for the Tour starting this thurs?????
