I fished the surf yesterday and caught probably 30 whiting and a few sheeps head, but nothing of any size.

My hub and I are thinking about heading out this weekend, so am interested in what may be working out there and where is good to go. I was thinking about the Quintana jetty, but am open to anything out there. Jetties/shore fishing is best, since my hub gets tired of wading pretty easily, unless the bottom is firm. Ideas/info is welcome.
