 Three bank charger ?

I have 1 bank of three not charging and no light at all from that bank.Any suggestions on what the problem may be?

pull each wire of the battery(- and +)from bad bank on the charger. Put a voltage meter in it, plug in the charger and it show some gain, if not you probably have a bad bank on the charger
