Nice job! Cherish these times! I never got to fish with either of my grandfathers, they both died when I was very young. Did you catch them anywhere close to where you saw me last saturday?

Salsa I'm really glad you posted this story and the pictures. My Grandad was my hero and my inspiration. Finny Tribe is basically a tribute to him. If you haven't seen this, go to http://www.finnytribe.com/about-us.php.It warms my heart to see somebody really cherish the time they get to spend fishing with their Grandad.

Not trying to hijack your thread Michael, but after reading your post the first thing that came to mind was texoma/ghost minows/ and it was round the early 80's, nothing better than fishing with pawpaw.
Awsome post bud

Nice job! Cherish these times! I never got to fish with either of my grandfathers, they both died when I was very young. Did you catch them anywhere close to where you saw me last saturday? We caught them north of where I saw you...you were in a good spot, that's always a good place to catch a few. Thanks for all the kind words. He has already gotten on the forum twice to take a look at yall's responses...

Get those experiences and memories while you can. There will come a time one day when you can't do that any more.
