looks like he needs more dead drum to eat...signs of life..that picture right there was more than I seen the night I went fishing. them are good eating size and better than bringing home nothing.

Man I wish I could get down there and join in the fun! I've got all this distance gear and nowhere to go with it! Got 1 for jig and cork, one great for kitties, and one great for throwing lighter lures...all at distance and all capable of puttin' a whuppin' on whatever I choose!

Plus, I think I use too big of a line on my DR. Pepper bottle.
You think 80# test is too big ???????

hahaha are you using 20oz or 2liter bottle? i think changing to 2 liter will help cast out farther.

one thing i hate about this year are the amatuers. they will fish right next to you and fish on the bottom. when i reel in my cork and jig they automatically get mad when i tangle with them. wtf? lol idiots

and fishing on the wall one guy got mad and complained about where us cork n jig fishers were throwing too close and breaking his line when we are no where near it lol.
he almost got thrown off the wall by us.

It is just a 6-7 hour drive from Lubbock, Captain. Just take a long weekend.
