I have fished all over the USA and have never been anywhere like this. This is one of the very best bluecat fisheries in the country. It is worth the trip if you ever want to go! I will be goin back sooner than later!  Here is the picture of the monster blue Cody Mullennix and I landed at Wilson/Wheeler Lake in AL last Thursday. I got most of it on video for those of ya that want to see how hard one of these giants can pull! Cody was using a heavy action 1 TON casting rod.......He needed all of it to get this beast in from the back of the boat while fighting it around the anchor rope........ Thats what im talkin bout....Awesome fish, thats what im lookin for on lake lewisville, catchin one of those would bring back some memories of those 130 lb. yellow fin tuna i grew up catchin. Thanks for all the great info on yalls videos guys..

GREAT video too! took me almost all day here in Iraq to get it to load, and man was it worth it! I would have had a heart attack right there on the spot if i pulled in something that size! Thats a catch of a lifetime! Glad to see you got it on film!
