I have three batteries and I put the 2 trolling on a 2 bank 10 amp each system and the crank is set up with a 2 bank 5 amp each system where both banks charge the same battery. It is charging but I am not sure this is safe?

I would just hook up one of the output leads to the cranking battery and tape off the ends of the other output leads. Most chargers or maintainers are actually individual chargers.

+1

My cranking battery never needs much of a charge anyways.
