Grapevine was HOT yesterday. We were in a bass tourney and I caught more white bass then I have when TARGETING white bass. On the north side of the dam they were slamming the shad against the dam.

That sucks???? I guess if it was any other day it would have been good. How did the bass fishing end up?

That figures, I was out Sun. and couldn't buy a bite. Marked them all over the place but no takers. Finally some birds showed up and we got into some.

Hey ox190 were those sand bass you caught on the small side too? We've been cathing about 30-40 each trip but I'd say only 1/2 are keepers. I'm not complaining just curious on the size and ratio in a different part of GV.
So many fish... So little time.
