I remember seeing a website where these bunks were sold. Has anyone tried these? If so, what are some opinions. What website?
They are basically a synthetic 2x4 that doesn't require carpeting. It also says it will not scratch hull.

Yes, www.ultimatebunkboards.com I have them on a trailer and I must admit, do not, I repeat, do not undo the winch strap until you are in the water and, do not, I repeat, do not pull the boat out of the water with the winch strap undone. These things are both a blessing and a curse. Would I purchase them again? I have had them over a year and, I still love and hate them. If you are not confused by now, I sure am!

Not really scratches, the poly comes off on the bottom but, it basically wipes off. Sometimes it takes Majic Eraser and a little elbow grease.

Any interesting stories about what happens if you undo the winch strap early or pull the boat out of the water with it undone? I looked at buying those ultimate bunkboards, and was set to do so, but my boat trailer has an odd configuration of boards. It's got two 10-foot 2X6s cradling the vee, and two very thick 9-foot boards that appear to be 3X8s standing on edge holding the rear hull. Didn't look like a drop-in fit by any means. I've just been using Bunkslick spray instead.
