was on fork today up in birch creek. my unit gave me an alarm saying that the GPS Module Not Connecting. Anyone ever had this happen ? What is the problem and how do you fix it?

Check the fuse and the connections on your antenna power wire first.

I started having this problem on my 525C and it began to get worse turns out my unit was still under warrantty I took the boat in for some other work and had the dealer swap out the anttena and it fixed the issue. I had actually figure it out on my own by unscrewing the anttena and if I would pull it s certain way it would connect. So basicaly had a bad connection insde the attena (hocky puck)

Thanks for all the info. Just have to find a new puck (GPS Antenna) for it then. Guess i,ll be giving boris marine a call then.

You might check the Bargain Cave at Cabelas if it's in your area. Never know.
