I was wondering if anyone has fished this pond. It's in oak cliff. It's by I 30 and beckley. The main street it is on is Zang. I seen a stockin report on it and it was stocked with bass and catfish, but i have been told by different people that it had been drained and all the fish were taken out. I was wondering if anybody has fished it recently and if there was any truth to the story i was told.

There was plenty structure in there a few months back. lol. I remember seeing a news report on the lake level being low and someone noticing the top of a car. After that the police found several more.

I grew up in Oak Cliff as well, and I remember that Polar Bear too. Played a lot of miniature golf at Wee St. Andrews in that neighborhood too.

I have never fished that pond, but wouldn't be surprised if there were fish in there. Another place to try might be Kidd Springs Park. Try to go during the week...pretty crowded on the weekends.
