Take it to someone and have them do it. It isn't as easy as drilling a couple of holes and bolting it on.
I have had Lake Park Marine in Lewisville do work on one of my boats and they were good at a reasonable cost.

yeah i know. i dont want to do it wrong. i can take it to a guy in sherman and he will help me but i live in irving,. not a easy drive.
