Looks like the pond at Luna and Beltline that used to be next to the old driving range. I work near there and have caught some monster bass out of there on my lunch break.

My Dad caught the Oklahoma state record several years back. She was a bit over 12 1/2 lbs and when I compare his photo of her to yours, Dad's fish doesn't look over about a pound heavier. A good rough estimate from the pic, without knowing any measurements, would be 11-11.5 lbs.
