I haven't fished with Paul hmmm but he will have to go some to beat Cliff Spindle thumb for an overall good time and a full board everytime I have went. Well except when the wife went and she missed more than she caught by just starting to reel instead of a light hook set then reeling. scared

Ive fished with Cliff Spindle and if you are looking to catch fish and learn allot about the lake and crappie fishing - he will satisfy those requirements.

Im sure there are other good guides on the lake but I can tell you Cliff knows his business and is happy to share his knowledge with you.

Cliff is a great guy, I have run into him several times up in creeks, he is always smiling and laughing and is very free with info about what the crappie are doing and he always seems to catch fish.

I guess it might depend on what you are wanting to do. If you were aiming to learn how to timber fish and such, I couldn't imagine you would be able to find a guy better than Paul O'Bier to guide you. If you want to fish with young children and brushpiles and such, I think I would go with Cliff. This is just one man's humble opinion though. Both guys are great fishermen and true class acts so you can't go wrong with either.

Go with Cliff Spindle! He is a great guy! he will put you on fish and if weather is bad he will usually rebook a trip. Never heard anything bad about Cliff. When i get some money saved up he is gona be the first call i make to book a trip.

Thanks for the iofo guys, I know is a hard one but i have spent hard earned cash on some real dogs in the past. It sounds like most of you know your stuff and your opiuion is valued. As for the prettiest wife that would be mine and beer Shiner Bock not hard at all.
Thanks again and don't yank their lips off.
