Sorry fof the late post, but if you have boat try north of Costello Island and up near Bloodweed island. They were schooling up there the last time i heard. Of fish under lighted docks with luminescent sassy shads or grubs.

Look for birds and you will find the white bass and usually small stripers. once you find them anything will work: roadrunners, rattletraps, little george, sassys, etc...
