and as soon as i throw on my waders, the rain starts. trip canceled! We don't need no stinking waders!!! That water's plenty warm, I dunno what yall are scared of!

hey BB it rained looks like around 1.5"-2" here will be fishin somewhere.

When I crossed Cowhouse on Old Georgetown Rd, the creek was high, swift, and very muddy.... of course. Looks like it will help the lake level some by the time the showers move out.

mornin folks, sorry to hear that Sallysue, good luck fishing, i tried, but the fish have other things on their minds..but I did make a friend...Akil, about 7 years old, followed me everywhere, but no fish caught today

Good deal a person can't have too many friends. Tied up some streamers this morning an ole fellow showed me many years ago that used guide flyfishing on Whitney. There the best I've ever seen for hybrids.

 Wind switched around to the NE and no shad so no fish. Well almost no fish I did find 1 dumb white bass and 1 dumb hybrid. Hey Salleysue I would like a photo of the hybrid fly please.
