Just wonderin' if anyone here fishes the rowlette creek or east fork branch of the trinity. Been waitin' for the fish to start their run, but haven't seen any quality action. The most I've caught all year thus far hasn't even totalled single days I had last year. Been using jigs, road runners, live bait, and spoons, but just haven't hit it. Am I just an idiot or am I missing something. FYI I am well aware of the crappy weather patterns.

well i havent fished up there but i fish a few creeks and i think it just aint warm enough yet i say give it a week or 2 let these cold fronts pass us by we will all be catching fish

Went last night off of 190 and centerville. caught 6 only one over twelve, but they were all females that still had eggs.Went down south of the bridge to the pipe line that crosses there is a little hole there next a shallow run upstream. used a chartruese and white road runner mostly. saw a lot of cast netters bucketing anything the caught.
