His rods are BY FAR the best crappie rods ever. They are VERY light, so using them all day is not a problem. The first time I fished with it, I forgot I had a rod in my hand untill I felt the "Thump" (no joke). They are also SUPER sensitive. This one is a 5 1/2 foot dock shooter (Cedar Creek). This rod can shoot a jig further than you could cast and has a great backbone to pull in the 2 pounders. The cork handle is very easy on your hands when jigging for hours on top of hours.

I would like to thank Master John Stephens as well for adding the touch to the rod I built for Anthony with the Okuma 7 ball bearings reel. Thanks John for making it complete!

If he can't make it, you don't need it. They are amazing like the Ferrari of poles. Not cheap by anymeans but if it took me 50 hours to build a rod they would be a lot more than he charges. Have to hold one to understand.
