It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, all that matters is that you beat the leprachaun.

Barracuda? I had been told that they were poisonous. Is that false or do you have to clean them a certain way?

Hmmm hard I like most white meat fish but like others as well. Really only my top 3 are my porterhouse of fish. The rest is just in no particular order.
1. Pompano 2. Ap (flathead Catfish) 3 Crappie 4. Fresh speckled Trout 5. Redfish 6. Mia Mia 7. Sheepshead 8. Cobia 9. Highfin Blues 10. Kingfish 11. Shark 12. Black Drum 13. Amberjack 14. Black Bass 15. Highfin Blues
As far as barracuda you can eat them but the are on TP&W contaminated list because of high mercury. Most guides and charter ships will make you release them.

I will admit, some fine eating but here goes....
1. Native Salmon caught in the Pacific Northwest in any of the crystal clear, cold running streams that have a strict "Catch & Release" policy! Get my drift? he he

My top 5 are:
1. Live minnow( on a bet) 2. Crawdads caught from an culvert(i know, not a fish) 3. Live waterdog ( another stupid drunken bet) 4. Mud Cat. 5. Some Asian fish that still had it's eyeballs.
