BigBassDaddy, Do you know of any place in the dfw that sells honey made from bees that live in this area? I've always heard that if you eat honey made from local bees that it would help with your allergies.

BigBassDaddy, Do you know of any place in the dfw that sells honey made from bees that live in this area? I've always heard that if you eat honey made from local bees that it would help with your allergies. know albertsons here in dallas carrys it. There is a co called North Dallas Honey Co or smething like that. And I think there is another one or 2 that are local. Go to Whole Foods / Central Market type of placesand I am sure you can find all you want. But there is a draw back... if reg honey is $5 a jar then this stuff will be 12.50 to 15 for teh same size.

Sue bee honey is made in that area I believe and it tends to go along the lines of regular pricing, but my sister gets hers at Canton, and it DID hellp with her allergies.....hope you find some.....hope nobody ever finds that many bee's anywhere in ten blocks of me.,...allergic and just plain don't like em'......lol
