Was cleaning out the garage and found my old Fishin Buddy II. Put new batteries in it and lo and behold it works just fine. I have 2 mounts for it and am thinking on mounting it on a Creek 2 man pontoon as soon as I save enough money (also waiting for fall when the prices should be better - economy may dictate a sale on the boats too). Any reason why it shouldn't work on a pontoon boat??

I used to use it in a small lake in the Lynnwood Washington area. The lake was connected by a small stream to lake Washington which connected to Puget Sound. Cutthrought Trout would run up the stream in the fall. I would sit in the lake in my canoe with the sidefinder on on the Fishin Buddy II. As the fish hit the lake from the stream the sidefinder would sound off. A well placed cast would usually net me a 13-15 inch Cutt. We sure did eat a lot of good fish every fall.
