I fished Sat. & Sun. morning caught many fish along with others in 6 foot of water in slips just off the bottom.I clean 47 fish of real good size. The bite was on between 7:30 to about 11:00 am both days with Sat. being the best day. Afternoon the bite slow way down and the fish was small but would get a good fish every now and again. When I clean the fish I could see that the blood veins around the eggs where really blooded and I have been told that this is a sign that the fish are ready to lay there eggs now if we could just get a few days of claim & warm weather these fish would be on the banks.
