I'm a member of a small bass club out of Dallas called the Dallas TELCO Bass Club. We fish eleven tournaments a year plus a classic at the end of the season.
Membership is open to anyone and cost $35.00 per person.
Tournaments are held on the first Saturday of the month.
Tournament fees are $35.00 per person including Big Bass pot.
Each team member can weigh 5 legal fish.
Tournament lakes are chosen at the weigh-in site the month prior to the tournament.

Our next tournament is this Saturday (4th of April) at Cypress Springs. The tournament site is Overlook Park (just past Tall Tree Marina)Tournament times are 7-3.

It is a team format, you can fish by yourself, but you can weigh in only 5 fish. A two man team can weigh in 10 fish. If you need a partner, let me know and maybe I can hook you up with one.

I don't know if or where Media is fishing Saturday. If it is, no matter.

If it is, it will be very crowded.

What lakes did your club fish last year? This will hive a hint as to which lakes will be voted on this year. I am looking for a club, but, don't personally like the idea of driving 2hrs each way to donate.

Lake Fork,Tawokoni,Cedar Creek, Richland Chambers, Ray Hubbard, Monticello, Bob Sandlin, Palestine, Quitman, Joe Pool, Holbrook, are some of the lakes we fished. We have a 100mile travel limit from the Metroplex.

Thanks for all the interest in our club. Next months tournament will be held at Cedar Creek on 2 May 09. The times are 6:30-3:00 with the launch ramp and weigh-in site at the public ramp on FM 198 at Log Cabin. Entry fee is $25.00 and BB is $10.00. Membership is $35.00 per year. You must fish at least 6 tourmnaments to qualify for our classic during the year. We have 6 more tournaments before the end of our year, so you can still qualify for the classic. Just Checked the Media schdeule and they don't show a tournament on Cedar Creek on May the 2nd. They do show one on Richland Chambers.

No, the lakes are picked the month prior to the tournament. they can be any one of the lakes I mentioned above.
