Kody's Papa, is the park and hump with the sandbass near the cut that goes into the marina at the Anchor Inn? Just north of the cut? Were you trolling for sandbass there or using other lures or live bait? If using other lures, what were you using? Thanks for any help!!

the hump i am speaking of is just north of rabbit cove if you are in a boat looking west, it is about 150 yards to the north of the point (finger point) and about 300 yards off the bank (look for the third picnic table on the bank from the point)it rises to about 17 feet right now from 25 or so and until thermocline really sets in, it holds a lot of fish i didn't see anybody on it when we were fishing for crappie under 2 mile Sunday
i have not fished it this year as I chase crappie pretty hard this time of the year but slabs work great on that hump

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

if it's windy on tawokoni I would reconsider the trip. Tawokoni is brutal in the wind.
