This goes for you too "elrod2"
Most of us including myself don't actually stuffed the jigs mixed in with the nibbles. It can get very messy. I like my jig as clean and true color intended as I can so I don't ever marinate or get them dirty. Those of us who believe that Berkley Crappie Nibbles really helps turn on the bites on slow days, we use it stimulate the strikes. We would take one nibble at a time and hook it onto the jig hook and repeat as needed. The problem is that it is a hassle to unscrew the nibble jar lid and so on .... So the discussion was what would be convenient way/tool to have the nibbles readily available to use...that's all...hope this help clarify some...

Get some marine grade adhesive backed velcro from Academy (1" squares). Put a square on the TM head and an "opposite" square on the lid of a nibble jar. Presto, done.. When your jar goes empty, open the new jar but keep using the same lid.

I built two caddies on the front of my boat (one on each side) for holding jars of nibbles, scissors, pliers etc... I'll post a pic later.

I agree w/ you, and I think if would be very useful...that was why I suggested the very same thing on my 3rd post of this same thread. Eventhough I normally have mine in a container and in the pocket because I don't always fish out of the boat. But heck yeah...if it's right there available access to one's liking...easy to reach and readily available ..

It doesn't matter how one keeps his nibbles/tools/etc.... as long as they are convenient, easy access, and comfortable such device, it's all good!
