Nah....nevermind...just keep on doing what you are comfortable with doing.... afterall, it worked before...

I still think the idea of some kind of board with a couple smashed on it to rub the jig in is the easiest Idea. When the board gets nasty - throw it away and replace.

At wal-mart in the crafting section they have round small magnets that would stick to both your jar and motor top. I have a couple of them just along the sides too for holding my pliers and other things you need at hand , not rolling around on the floor. They are a little bigger, I got them at harbor freight, but I use magnets for lots of stuff and it works pretty well. just my o2, tryin to be helpful....works for me , and sometimes things just don't work in a boat...
If you don't really want to know, then don't ask me, because I will tell you ! Just Remember : Cain't never could, and gimme' died in the Whorehouse.

Put one of those squares of velcro tape on bottom of the jar. Use the hook side and it will stick to your boat carpet pretty well. You can alway put the other side somewhere on your boat as well. I put one on the bottom of my Fly Head Cement and it harder to knock over way. After acidently cementing 5 packages of Flashabou and Maribou together, I had to come up with some solution.
That's why they call it fishing and not catching!

If you use hollow tubes, the best way to handle nibbles is the bait pump. Fill it with nibbles and fill the hollow tube when needed. Myself and many others that fish Sam Raburn use them almost all the time. Baitpump.com Great product. Jim

But, I am a sucker for "fishing stuff" so of course I ordered one.

Why not try these? Cabela's Bait Bud - Click Here I user them for power pait eggs when trout fishing, but they shoud work for crappie nibbles as well. Can clip it to your belt of life jacket or strap on the tacklebox.

Can clip it to your belt of life jacket or strap on the tacklebox. Pop Up lid; Belt clip....Now we are talking... If it seals well and yet easy to open close, we might have a winner.

Looks like a great deal. I had one, bumped it somehow and it popped off my belt and went in the lake.
