Could anyone tell me any good spring spawning spots on Roberts? I fish the lake a bit but always brush piles never really found a good spring spot.

Find the creeks that enter RR. The northern creeks are doing better than the southern ones (lakes warm up faster in the northern ends). You can find some crappie spawning but this cold spell delayed the big spawn push a bit. We need about 4-6 days of 70 plus, then it's on!
Remember that crappie spawn in many different areas. Don't forget bridge pilings, rock levees, etc.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
