wanted to go fishing this afternoon, but it's been raining for about an hour now at the Firewheel and still raining...oh well...maybe next time
Wind from the north, fisherman does not go forth. Wind from the south, blows the bait in the fish's mouth. Wind from the east, the fish bite least. Wind from the west, the fish bite best.. __________________________________

I fished at the firewheel bridge from 7:30AM-9:00AM and did not get a single bite. The water was murky. Several people around also did not have any luck.

"Thenightfisher", get off your rear and get this in motion. I want the video! Im sure thier are a lot of us that do too! Instead of redfishing, go film. Tarponfly is there fishing everyday it seems. So I'm sure he is not the one making the video. It looks to be in your court on if this thing gets done.
Anyways, does anyone want to split a trip w/ me w/ Tarponfly? I know how to fish down there, but I just dont have the time to go find them. I just want to make sure i catch fish if I go.

Whata bunch of nanzi panzis here. If I see a gator I am catching his [censored] and making a pair of boots. I watched plenty of Steve Irwin's shows and it looks pretty easy.Aint scared... Perfect example of "Natural Selection". Ain't it great...

LOL You just made me spit out my fried rice. I am currently waiting for the semi "full swing" and a good sunny day. Light conditons is very important and I do not want to slip and fall in the mud. I work 8-5 Mon-Fri and weekends are usually packed. I plan to take the day off this up coming week and another one in mid april to dedicate filming. Capturig the video will be a peice of cake and I have about 8 months to edit.

Jeff and I fished with Tarponfly this past Wednesday March 25. Tarponfly really knows his stuff! We caught 30 sandbass and two crappie between us! Our past 8 combined trips to the creek, we both got skunked. Carey, you are the best! thanks for teaching us your techniques for catching fish - what a fantastic day!
