The Johnson 200s are now and always have been very reliable and strong running motors. Parts should not be a problem. If you are considering an early 90s model, I'd get a qualified (certified) OMC/Bombardier tech to do a pre purchase inspection. Good Luck! ------------------

I owned a 21 foot Bullet that had a Johnson 200. A good fishing buddy of mine, Craig, bought it from me last year. I fished with him a couple of weeks ago at Fork and we droped it off at Sartin Marine in Yantis. I recommended to Craig that each year in the winter time that he get a general tune up, change the water pump, change the lower unit lube, etc. I do this each year with my boat to make sure it is running at it's peak performance during the worst time of year weatherwise. I owned the boat for a couple of years and the motor is a good reliable motor and Billy Sartin and his crew really like the motors and can work on them or order parts for them.
