Anybody go fishing at PK anymore?
I had given up on it after the golden algae bloom that had the big fish kill years ago.
However when I get back from Iraq I was going to take my grandfather fishing and he lives in Weatherford...and PK is close.
Is fishing out there any good anymore?

Just spent a week there and I caught a whole bunch of fish. We limted what we kept but......there were boats in the Sky Camp area catching 200 12-15" white bass a day. To tired for a full report now but will give one early this week.

I have been out there the last 2 weekends and we have been hammering the white bass and smaller striper (some keepers but most just under 18" but fat as can be 2+ lbs). We never keep the striper but we did keep a big mess of whites Saturday - kept 30 of the big ones and threw back 3 for every 1 we kept - only fishing 2-3 hrs with my cousins son!

Yep! Saw a guy at the BP ramp who said that they were having alot of fun with HUGE schools of Stripers!
