I fished texoma before there were stripers in it. I used to fish during the sand bass festival in madil and taught them how to filet a fish. I remember the big dwebate over whether to put stripers in the lake. There is not a inch of it I havent been over. If theres a striper in that lake, I can find it.

Good thing there or more than "a striper" in it. Would be fun watching you get out there and just get that one striper. But from the sounds of it, you would be up to the task at hand.

after fishing all day, I can find the stripers too. There aint a striper out there I havent approached with beer in hand. If you know of one, or one that wants to be, or one that knows one, just point me her direction and we'll get down to business pretty quick.

You won't find a true answer here. The one you seek passed a few years back. Good friend of my grandpa...I still have maps that he drew me when I was in high school. Joe MooreBut I can tell you...the ones I know will put you on fish ar JD Lyle, Nial Maytubby, Mark McNamara and Tinker. There are many others that come highly recommended.

OSD, Strippers is spelled with two "p's" and I'm gonna go out on a limb and say their aren't very many good ones around Texoma, much less a best. A good friend of mine's FIL is a guide out of Kingston. If you're looking for a hell of a good time, I hear that he's the one you want. I'll see if I can locate his info.

Sad to say, but Tinker won't. He died last month.
