Well today was a great day to be at the lake.. Crappie were hitting like crazy this morning around 5:30am to 6:30.. light wind out of the southeast.. caught 19 in that hour.. with poles bent and chuckin mimmows back an forth it was a mad house on the boat.. it slowede down around 7:30pm.. howerver people were setting up for some night fishing.. total catch was around 69 crappie over 14 to 15 inches and the white bass were hiiting too.. so we got 25 of them total weight was 48.9 pounds.. looks like I wont be going to the store except for grease and cornmill..

Lake Somerville.. caught them in 6 to 8 foot of water.. all day long..

Girlfriend was not happy knowing I went fishing yesterday.. Had a feast in my backyard stink-in up some grease.. had butter crust crappie toes, corn poles, south-paw toss green salad, and lightly butter fried fingers lightly salted to taste.. fed a few friends.. Girlfriend not invited.. she looks better the further I get away from the bank..
