If you know the part number, the model number of the alternator you are looking for, then you can google it like this "12345-78", keeping the quotes around the number like I did...It should pull up some websites of places that carry the part you're looking for...I saved over $100 doing that for one of my tilt trim motors, including shipping...

Dude you scare the carp out of me with that sig.
Why do you use the quotes?
I did google it and found it for $200.00 + ship no tax. The dealer wanted over $600.00.

The quotes make google look for that specific item / word within the quotes...

Check the 100amp fuse first.

I am going to get a local shop to rebuild for under $200.00.
He said the armature was bad and everything else was good, He also guaranteed it to work.

Woops an alternator does`nt have a armature, its a comutator and that fuse is in line + to the alternator.
