Went to Lavon on Saturday hoping to test out the Team Catfish rods and double action hooks. Things worked out well and I was able to learn a little. If you haven't tried the hooks, then I suggest finding some. If you don't know where to get any and you are in North Texas, then shoot me a PM.

GUYS YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THE 5/0 DOUBLE ACTION HOOKS...WE WERE OUT OF THE 8/0 HOOKS AT THE TAWAKONI TOURNAMENT AND ENDED UP USING THE 5/0, BOY WERE WE HAPPY,RIGHT IN THE CORNER OF THE MOUTH AND I MEAN BURIED,WITH HUGE BAITS...ITS THE ONLY HOOK WE WILL USE IN TOURNAMENTS OR ON OUR GUIDE TRIPS...GIVE JOE A CALL AND CHECK THEM OUT FOR YOURSELF,I PROMISE YOU WONT BE SORRY........

I've ordered from Team Catfish twice before and tried numerous other times. Their website is such a PITA I give up and I never think to call them during the day. I tried to order hooks tonight and finally gave up.

I have ordered several times from them and NEVER had any problem. I always call in the evenings and Jeff's wife always answered and order was delivered VERY fast and always got a fair shipping. I don't know if they are experiencing a interenet problem or not, but let me tell you, Jeff is a stand up guy and backs his products as well has he should, they are top notch.
