Well headed west again to clean up the cabin before my parents and grandparents head out there next weekend. You would be surpeised how dirty it gets after just one hunting season. Well a couple of buddies helped me out and after we got it done we headed out on the water. Temp was around the 40's and cloudy. I did not think we would do that good but we ended up catching around 25 total with 9 of them being 5Lbs plus. The first picture is a 3.5Lb my buddy got on an ultra-light system trying to catch brim.

The next couple are of the fish I caught, the first one is the 7Lb'er with the rest being 5Lb-6Lb

Here is my buddy's fish, the first one one is 6.5Lbs and the rest are all over 5LBs as well.

It was a great day, can not wait to get out there when it is actually warm and sunny. Good fishing Ya'll.

Keep a tight line!

Thanks Bass Ninja. Yes it is, we follow a management plan for the lake, taking out certain sizes in certain amounts, plus before stocking bass we stocked Copper Nose Bluegill for a food source about two years in advance to give them time to populate the lake.

I'm sure you know that you are blessed to have such a wonderful place. That is my dream. If you ever need "help" maintaining your lake I could probably find some time to sacrifice for the greater good.

Congrats again, great fish, great looking property.
