does anyone fish lake georgetown and if so where are you catching the cats, because I've never been able to do good out there. Thanks

I've had good luck at Overlook park & Cedar Breaks both, although for the past few weeks the bite has been very slow.
Caught some nice fish at the Blue Hole as well, but I think it might be fished out now.

I fished couple of times this year in Georgetown, only caught one 3 lb blue, from overlook park. Granger is a better lake to go for catfish. probably

Matt, I've never used secret 7, but I trust Eddie on his choice. I have used danny king's and sure shot and had great fishing trips. I use a #6 triple hook on a carloina rig. They work for me. Eddie, can you give some info on your hook choice for Secret 7? Kinda of interested myself.

I have medium luck there until about Aug-Sept and then they are biting like crazy on Jpigs or live minnows. The carp are fairly active on there right now on nightcrawlers, however. If you like a good fight try that anywhere on the north side.
