Shimano is claming that there's not going to be a replacement for the Chronarch 50MG. BALONY! loco_2

The Albebaran will be given a bit of a cosmetic makeover and imported to the US as the Chronarch ??? MG, or the Chronarch ???MG. It will be priced about the same as the new Chronarch 100Ds.

So wait a few months and save.

I still can't believe Shimano is not going to release an MG version of the Curado. I have a Core and it is a great reel, but not worth the extra money over the 50mg to me. I'd like to see something new in the $250 range.
