 Every time the weekend rolls around, what happens...Wind 20+ mph! What to do? So its either suck it up and head to the lake or go to the river where it is somewhat protected. In fact every tournament that I have fished since December has been windy. So that's why I think the (wind) gods must be crazy. I'll get off my soap box now.

i always love a good challenge... fair weather days are BOOORRRing!! hehe no way man, fair weather days are the best. it may not be the greatest conditions for fishing, but its nice not getting knocked around and being able to cruise around a smooth lake. nothing better.

Be careful going to the river had an Olney man 68 years old
went fishing on the brazos and got stuck knee deep in mud,
evidently had a heart attact, stroke or heat exaustion trying
to get free passed away right there.
