It's my second post and I'm already asking you for something. What flies have you caught white bass on? Sunday I'm going to Cabela's to put something in my empty fly box.
When the redbuds bloom, the white bass run.

Anything imitating baitfish. White and or chartreuse wooley buggers. Clousers. Streamers, etc... Would suggest sticking to hooks size 4 and smaller. Good luck.

Clousers, tied sparsely in white and chartreuse, work for me. Good luck.

Clousers, tied sparsely in white and chartreuse, work for me. Good luck. I think if you had nothing but woolly buggers in a few different colors and sizes, and chartreuse/white clousers in a few different sizes, you could be quite a successful warmwater fly fisher. Of course, this might be a little boring, and the folks down at the fly shop might not be so thrilled, but still... I think you really could fish quite successfully with these patterns alone.

Jonathan is correct.

Charlie Cypert's Mylar Minnow
The things that will destroy America are prosperity-at-any-price, peace-at-any-price, safety-first instead of duty-first, the love of soft living, and the get-rich-quick theory of life. Theodore Roosevelt

I second the mylar minnow.
It's more than the catfish would do.
