I read about there poor customer service and here to report it is true. I ordered my cover 4 Feb that said "in stock" on the web site. I have tried several phone calls and email to get an update with no luck. Any suggestions out there?

Have they charged your credit card?

IMHO I think these look better although they cost a bit more. They apparently are the supplier of these covers to the OB manufacturers.

I ordered a cover for my 150 VMax back in November too and it did take a while to get the cover to me. I think it took a total of about 2 months. It was pretty frustrating, but I did end up getting my cover after numberous calls and emails. I will say it does look good once you get the cover in. Stick in there.

I read somewhere that the manufacture stated that it will void the warranty.

you can contact your cc company and have them reverse the charges and claim that you have not received the product.

after sevral phone calls and email I got this response today:
James,
I apologize if you have tried to contact us via telephone and not been able to get through. We have a toll free number that is often forwarded to my cell phone and I honestly haven't had a call all week. I can check status via the internet as my call phone changed a couple of weeks ago and it has been changed in the system. I will contact the company that hosts the number and find out what has happened.

As for getting the cover quickly, I can't make excuses other than to explain that we made all of our covers ourselves until the guy that sewed for me passed away late in 2008 and we had to find someone else to put them together. This has delayed the process as the people that sew for us now do many other things and go at their own pace. We are in the process of taking on an investor to stock covers. We normally have a 5-6 week turnaround, NOT 5 months unless there are custom graphics being applied. If we can get your cover to you sooner than the normal 5-6 weeks, we certainly will, but we are looking at the end of the month at this point.

Regards,

Randy Dornbusch - President
