What camp ground at Ray Roberts would be best for the spawn. Looking at going camping the first of April. Hoping to walk the bank and find a creek with a few crappie in it. Any sugestions would be helpful.

Cliff is right I stayed there while doing a guided trip with him and the park is great. If you have a boat - plenty places to pull your boat up on shore by your campsite. Most all campsites have shade trees around them. And its secure.

Plenty of places to fish with your children on the bank.
