Anybody ever try fishing it? It runs by the soccer fields off of Denton Tap. I'm assuming it runs to/from Grapevine but I'm not certain. I play soccer there on Sundays and plan to try it out for Crappie or Sand Bass.

You're right, it's from Grapevine. I've fished it further downstream before with some success (catfish, black bass and perch). I've walked by those soccer fields -- never new there was a good access point over there.

From the soccer fields, the banks can access the creek pretty easily. I didn't bring my rods to my game yesterday but will try it next week.

Fished the creek today and saw bass feeding near and at the surface. Problem was I couldn't tell what they were chasin. I tried all kinds of stuff with no luck. Finally I put on a dark colored fluke and pitched it down into some piled up brush/limbs and caught some really nice ones. They were shallow today - all caught in about 4 foot of water.
