Stay above 515 W and you'll have plenty of good options.

If you find 58+ water temp, grass, timber, a creek close, don't forget about the Fluke. Watermellon (sunny skies, or clean water), Watermellon red (cloudy skies, or stained water), and Green Pumpkin when the previous doesn't get you bit. Glade, Running, Bell, Long Branch, Wolfe, and the Mustangs are all good areas to fish.

Stick with search baits like traps and spinnerbaits

tough for me yesterday....we had 8 fish between 3 and 6.5...all fish on a jig flipping secondary points with timber..Use good polarized glasses and look for the stumps that are often overlooked

I haven't been there in 8 years, but I just happen to be going back next weekend. I have family on the lake so prior to that I was going 4 times a year, March being the 1st trip. That all doesn't matter to much except for this one part. I throw all the red stuff too. I, along with the bait shop close to where I was fishing ran out of what I was using on one trip so I switched to blue fleck centipedes (just trying to throw something different). They hammered them. I ran out of these as well. I have just bought all the blue fleck the tackleshop near me has.

Good luck
