Ok, I posted a question about the destination red line going across the screen and how to get rid of it here a while back....Someone helped me out with "cancel navigation". Now my dad has a line going across the screen that looks similar to the red line but it looks pink....Am I crazy or is this something different? I did the Menu, menu, cancel navigation and it didn't work....Any help?

Does it go all the way across the screen or just to the cursor?

What you are seeing if you are in the map page is the trail which your plotter is laying down. It will put 2000 pts then start recording over itself.

If you want rid of it go MENU MENU MY TRAILS delete all.

lol..no its not the trail we are making...that is funny though. I got that part figured out I think anyways. Its just like the destination red line but it looks pink. It goes from dad's house out to the boat ramp....straight line. I don't how the heck to get rid of it....Skeeter Ronnie...Mien beeps at me all the time too...I think it says I'm off course...Id on't understand...I haven't set a course dangit! The funniest thing is when we are fishing it goes off and my poor ole dad can't even hear it and he's at the back of the boat. 30 yrs of working in Millwork apparently makes ya deaf.

Thanks for all the responses....Any other suggestions besides hittin it with a baseball bat?

If you're seeing the off course alarm, you are still in navigation mode. I know above you said you tried the cancel navigation menu, try it again.
