What good places have you found? I like Bistro B at the Hong Kong Market in Grand Prairie.

In Arlington I like:

Pho' 95
2525 E. Arkansas Ln. #223

Its in the North West corner of 360 and 303 intersection.

In Irving I like:

Pho' Republic
3591 N. Beltline Rd.

Its in the North West corner of the strip center that The Blak Eyed Pea is in.

I love the Bun Thit Nuong (Vermicelli with BBQ pork) and Cha Gio (Vietnamese egg rolls) with lots of fish sauce and red sauce!! Vietnamese egg rolls are way better than any Chinese egg roll I have ever had !! thumb

I agree. I went by Bistro B and picked up some eggrolls for our super bowl party. They were 4 for $1 and they sure didn't last very long.

I think the one I usually get has rare beef, brisket, and flank in it. Add some lime, hoisin sauce, and the Sriracha chili. Then finish it off with a shake with boba.

Rare beef, brisket, meatballs, with hoisin, chili garlic, and nuoc mam. all the fresh condiments as well. My mother in law makes the best spring rolls with peanut sauce ever.

Saigon Kitchen in Garland has some dang fine Pho. There's also a little joint on Shiloh between Ferguson and Northwest that makes very very good pho, but there's always a bunch of hoods that hang out in there. Vietnam Cafe on Bryan and Peak in Dallas also does a good one.

what we need is another Joseph McCarthy

Try Pho Bella at Belknap and Beach. Probably the best broth in town. I think they still have free iced tea and spring rolls with every order.

Avoid Little Saigon north of Ridgmar Mall. I have had some unhappy pho' slurping experiences there.

The original Pho King in Houston is good. I think it's called Pho King A, it's better than Pho King B or C in my opinion.
