Lots of real nice reports and pics here. Glad to know there are at least a few people who have caught them... it gives me some hope. I just think it would be real cool to catch one that big... I just want to see what it would look like in person
I don't live for the thump, but I sure do like it.

Here is my Uncle Charle's 3.27 taken from Granada Lake, MS about 3 years ago... It's his prized possession... Them crappie are big out in MS, AL, GA........you hear about the 4 lbers out that way.. Not sure why the TX crappie are so much smaller on average in comparison... AND MY LARGEST AT 2.17 FROM RAY HUBBARD DURING THE 07 WALLY MARSHALL... I'M HOPING TO GET IN THE 3 LB RANGE SOME DAY....

I've posted this here in the past but this is one i caught quite a few years ago. I thought i had a nice size bass on till i got it to the boat. I had to get it mounted lol Not to long ago my wife was cleaning the dust off of it and knocked it off the wall, breaking the tail clean off. Gotta take it back to the taxidermist hopefully he can fix it. How much did it weigh?

Son caught a 3.5 on Fork a couple years back. Caught it in Feb in 35'. He was day dreaming as usual I had to tell him that he had a fish on. Fish was full of shad for sure. It was very wide across the back. I was really looking at those fillets but we mounted it.
