Congratulations Mike …. !!!  Outdoors notebook 09:22 PM CST on Saturday, January 24, 2009 By RAY SASSER / The Dallas Morning News Fly-fishing record certified at Welsh A Lake Welsh largemouth bass caught Dec. 12 by Mike Vaught of Daingerfield, Texas, has been certified as a catch-and-release state fly-fishing record. Vaught caught the 22½-inch bass on a fly rod popper. It was the first submission for a state catch-and-release fly-fishing record.
N.E. Texas 2 acre and 1/4 acre ponds
