Two Quick Questions-
1) does anyone know of any certified scales in the Lewisville/North Dallas area that will handle fish?
2) How/Where would you go about certifying a set of personal scales?

Any place that sells produce that is priced by weight, or meat will have certified scales, as well as live bait sellers who sell by weight.
