last night on eagle mountain my motor took a dump on me. the trusty merc is down and worst time of year!! anyone have a good rebuilt XRI 150-175 sitting around? lol looking to upgrade to a newer motor possibly.

Several options but I would be concered with buying another complete motor. XRI`s are really good motors and I would look at doing it myself. Take power-head off, remove accessories and have power-head rebuilt or exchange the power-head and re-install. If you are not able, take it to one of the good guys on TFF. Ask around your area for prices, warranty and reputation of repair shops. Good Luck

Sure, I have a brand new optimax 150 one for sale. Just look at my post. You can buy it for the motor and sell the hull.
